H&R 5mm spacer $40.00
H&R wheel spacer of 5mm. The bolt pattern is a 5 lug 114.3 with center bore 60.1 so it will fit the Lexus/Toyota. Studs included although not necessary to use with these spacers.
I used it for a maximum of 2 days just to see if the wheels would fill out the fender better. Took them off and they have been sitting in the garage for the last year.

To answer the one question, there are no problems if you don't use the "longer" studs on a 5mm spacer. The lug nuts still had plenty of thread through them. Any spacer bigger than this, I definitely feel that you should use the provided studs.
