Does the accuair adjust on the fly? Meaning, lets say I am doing a hard right turn on a highway and there is weight transfer to left, does the unit adjust on the fly? If so, wouldn't that burn out the compressor sooner then later?
I am asking because I plan on going with the AccuAir setup (since it is a stout product) and although I wouldnt be drag racing or drifting, I due to tend to drive hard and wanted to be sure that the car wouldn't be rocking side to side..
i just ordered mine today, the system works great, one of my friends has it on his is350 with the UAS system and its awesome, you dont even need gauges anymore
i believe you can set the sensitivity on the pressure base systems like dakota digital, so its not gonna change all crazy, but ive heard that it does adjust to the weight changes but than it readjust itself once the weight settles, thats what ive heard but again i have no first hand experience with it
accuair is a bit pricey but for what it does its worth it
^^^ Hehe, sorry if I created any confusion. I meant, when my e-level was doing the "self adjust thing", I was at a dead stop. Meaning, my car's engine was at idle. I believe the ECU/sensors, wait atleast 5 seconds before making any adjustments.
I would'nt worry about taking corners or any driveability issues.
call acuair...most guys here dont go flying around turns
time frame is 45 seconds before the system adjusts due to weight transfer/compression of a bag.. and after careful consideration, the e-leveling system isn't for me. I rather have the manual setup.
I will be running air on my is350 with a
Front adjust
Rear adjust
And pancake mode.
My installer said I will have 1 gauge and he will mark it at the best set up for me. Is this something I can change later to a diff controller? I'm still medeocre in air ride knowledge..
ive been using easystreet autopilot for a couple years now and its great. i wish a leveling system was available back then. i might upgrade to the accuair leveling system or add easystreet's leveling system, but i dont drive my car that often to really warrant it.

The Accuair / E-level is pretty smart.
Here's an example:
I had a someone sitting in the passenger rear get out of my GS, and the R/R went up a little. Then it was like 5 seconds later the E-Level readjusted and brought it back down.
So, idk about the 45 seconds. That would seem like an eternity for me.
Accuair should pay me $5 everytime I say their damn name.. LOLz

Sounds like you are getting the standard 5 switch box which typically comes with an air ride kit. It's like 5 rocker switches in a chrome box.
I ran a 10 switch box for a long time, then I upgraded to my current controller.
So yeah, you can upgrade anytime. Any air ride controller you buy new should come with all the necessary instructions and harnesses.
