I kinda wish I had a GS with the amounts of aftermarket support, and the amount of 'used' parts you can get to make a cookie-cutter-VIP car is insane.

The ES300 has a low slung subframe, there's next to no bodykits around for this thing, its FWD, the rear struts are a *****.

I was all horny for the VIP look, but its not worth it on this car. Don't believe me? Ask charlie240sx [don't recall the full username] He has the dopest ES ever, and i recall his posts that he wouldn't do it again on that platform if he could redo it [on VSC]

I agree with you, the ES doesn't give a good VIP platform imo. I never really liked the ES line it just like a camry but with a L. GS/LS are the best platforms for VIP status

Okay thankz guys! yea after doing alot of research, i am not going(vip) to lower the car more.just recently i installed lower springs with lower it around 1.9 inches.(way better than stock height).i just got the money and ima save the 1700 for my next car which problebly will be a sc300 or i might go with a 240sx.not sure bt yea it not wort to invest money into this car. ima leave it like this!its better than nuttin.at least i have a car! oh yea gotta strect my back tires just a bit for i can eliminate rub in the back!

Isn't the 2jz stock in a Soarer? if its stock is it still considered a swap?

No it isn't soarer has 1jz or the v8. sc300 has 2jz
