Default Polished Wheels...

Could everybody post any VIP Black Lexus's (or rides period) with polished wheels/chrome lip with a similar finish to these. Trying to get an idea of how it would look. Also what kind of rims are these (On the 300c in the other thread)? Leaning towards purchasing polished instead of chrome or black...

Just use google. The car color/wheel combo you specified must be one of the most popular combos out there.

Okay so in purchasing a wheel from a company, look for the brushed finish description.

Thanks, Has anybody ever compared to the quality (appearance) of different companies which provide a brushed finish? LIke between alstadt, giovanni, vip modular, work, lexani, dub, etc... to see which company's brushed finish looks the best?

Default Donz

I have a set of Donz Montana's with a brushed face and chrome-look lip. They aren't what I would consider "true" VIP wheels in that they aren't authentic 3-piece wheels, but, for a 16 year old car it sorta fit, to me.

Default Brushed wheels

From my experience, the brushed wheels are just as easy to maintain as the polished. I've never had a set of powder coated wheels, so, I can't speak to that. I have polished wheels on my 430 and with the exception of the clear coating that was on there cracking, they work well.

So would the face of those vip modular's be considered polished or brushed aluminum? I'm getting confused on the nomenclature.

Okay..so that rim is actually SPF(Satin Polished Finished) instead of Brushed Aluminum. Thanks. Do you have a comparison between that same rim in Brushed (for a side by side comparison)?

Are you able to do 22 x 8.5, 8, or 7.5 in 45 et? Thanks..for any info.
