Default JP Scaras Japan/OZ

What is the difference between the JP Scara Japan and JP Sacra OZ. I know there was a thread or posting regarding this awhile back. I tried searching but could not find. Hoping some of the VIP guys can shed some light. Thanks

I believe the Japans are cast and the OZ's are forged.

The OZs are also discontinued. The wheel itself is styled differently from the Scara Japan.

here are a few images of the scara OZ

here you can clearly see the diffrence in design.

notice how the scara japan are fatter looking....this is due to the thicker sides on the start it self.

also the OZ curves a little up top of the star and seems that the star is thinner cause of its sides

I don't like the new JP Heritage wheels at all. VIP isn't the same without a fat lip. My favorites are the Scara Japans.

OZ's are the only Scara's that come in 20", but only come in very limited size/offsets (and are discontinued). Also, Scara Japan are made by Riverside.

Heritage III do have lips.....
