TIS reader modifications anyone?
Hi all, I just found out my son has a Toyota/Lexus TIS reader. Has anyone done any modifications to their UX 250h that could only be done with the unit? The main menu on my UX seems pretty complete, but I was wondering if there are things only the TIS can do... I think it can program a key !! Thanks in advance !
only legit subbed versions of TIS can program keys for late model lexus/toyota. you need in and out seed codes. so that $25 mongoose clone cable from amazon will not cut it.
you can program older toyota/lexus keys
tis can program the trunk to be single quick press to open, program lights to turn off when the door opens when its night time, seat belt reminders, the buzzing noise at low speed for pedestrian warning to minimal volume,
basically TIS can do customization features that carista cant do. tis can remove the auto tilt down feature of the mirrors. and a bunch of other little stuff. i forget what i did already, its been a while.
