Stains
I have ceramic coating on my 2019 200ux. Today I unknowingly parked near some hard water sprinklers. Now I have hard water stains on the hood. I tried to remove by washing the hood with water, a microfiber mitt and microfiber towels. The water stains didn't completely disappear. What else can I do or use to remove the stains?

To me, stains, dirt etc can penetrate a waxed surface just as a "ceramic coated" surface. Try not to get a false sense of security.
As a detail enthusiast, I've never bought into ceramic stuff. I have pro detailer friends who scoff and giggle internally at their customers who get ceramic. It's like yeah.. it's shiny... i guess? But meh if you're a car enthusiast, you're constantly waxing and detailing your car anyway, making a 1 time a year ceramic treatment moot.
Modern consumer products are so good today. I use $15 turtle wax ceramic spray. sure not as good as the real thing but good enough and one bottle will last years.

Clay bar and light polish will do the trick.
wash/microfiber wash wont do much to hard water stains if it's been set for a small amount of time - if not tended to immediately (think when washing car outside in the sun/warmer days), ceramic coating or not.
I've experienced this one or two times in my prior CT, LS and now UX as well, sometimes it happens but no worries, it's easily taken care of!
