Default Bluetooth & Lexus App issues

I have a 2019 UX 200

Issue 1: I can make and receive phone calls but no one can hear me (started happening a few weeks ago). I can hear them loud and clear. No one can hear me. I removed my phone from the car and then re-paired it. Still nothing. Apple CarPlay works and I can play music on Bluetooth too. I have an iPhone 12 and up to date.

Issue 2: Lexus App says it was last updated September 15th and has my old mileage and gas range from September 15th (it’s October now) I pulled the app down to “refresh” it but nothing happens. I uninstalled and re-installed App on phone. Still says September 15th. Made sure the app is up to date. Went in car into general settings to see if the car has any updates and it says something like “trying to communicate. Try again later”. I have an iPhone 12 and is fully up to date. I tried to still use the remote start and unlock the doors from the app and they do not work.

I don’t know if the car is having issues communicating to whatever it communicates to?
I don’t know if these two issues are related?

Update: disconnected battery for 5 minutes and it seemed to do the trick. Everything is working now correctly.
