Tire replacement option
I have a UX 2019 with 52k miles. The OEM bridgestone turanza el450 is $300 each. Is there a better (cheaper) option for replacement? Costco does not even have replacement tire for my vehicle.
What I'd do is go to simpletire.com, enter your tire size, and choose the best price option from Hankook. I find them generally to be the best balance between price an quality. Honestly though a lot of the chinese tires nowadays are pretty good as well. Had some "Arroyo" tires which I was pretty pleased with. (past car came with them)

I've read that the Bridgestone run flat tyres used on the UX are worse for noise than Dunlop run flats which seem to be the other tyres fitted to new UXs delivered in the UK. I'd be interested to know if this is the case as I'm hoping to buy a UX later this year.
Also is there any difference in ride comfort? I realise comfort is a personal and subjective issue but it'd be great to hear from anyone who has experience of alternative tyres on a UX. I know run flats are generally more noisy and provide a harder ride than non-run flats but I expect some are worse than others?
Many thanks
Roger
