On my spec sheet, they described all the app integration with Alexa, Google etc using the Enform App Suite. I downloaded the app and after filling out the VIN, it said to download the Lexus app instead. The Lexus App does the remote features with Enform such as remote start/lock/unlock but none of the mobile apps described. What's the real story here, is the Enform App Suite not available for my car (2020 UX250H Prem)?

UPDATE: According to the Enform Support People, they don't use the App Suite 2.0 for newer model vehicles

Lexus Enform App Suite is for vehicles that don't have Apple CarPlay (essentially).
Lexus Enform App Suite 2.0 was for the newer systems but has now been integrated into the Lexus app. Towards the bottom of the Lexus app, you should see "Connect your accounts". There you should at least see Alexa. There's probably not much in there since your car has CarPlay.

 

The Alexa feature is useless too, it's mutually exclusive with Carplay and Android Auto.

 

You don't have to have those to use Alexa. But yes I agree. It's a few hoops to jump thru to make it work for it not doing much.

 

Sounds dangerous, Siri would have a death match with Alexa ;-)

 

Latest Android app says "Go Google" should work to talk to Lexus UX 250h. It doesn't work for me. 2020 version of car. I don't think Enform is configured on our car.
