Default 2019 vs 2021

Hi all,

I currently own a Mini F56 JCW and is a fun little car but I am looking now to upgrade to a bigger car with better long term reliability and more cost efficiency.
A local dealer has the UX 200 F Sport with literary all extras but the navigation system, only thing is that it is a 2019. Is there any different between 2019 and 2021? Cosmetics looks the same but what about sound deadening improvements, or just any improvements in general?

Thank you all in advance

Nothing ground breaking in tech or powertrain. I`d suggest comparing pricing soley as the ultimate deciding factor.

If you need a car now, buy a 2019,(or a 2020) - that's what I did in June - the price was too good to pass up for the 2019 I bought. If not then wait, but who knows when the 2021's will actually arrive?

The UX platform was used to debut many new generation Lexus features
that eventually came to the other (more costly) models later.

Notable upgrades that the 2020 UX have over the 2019 UX are:
Android Auto (2019 had Apple Car Play only)
Non-Nav level UX's could play Waze through the screen using App Suite 2.0
The Lexus Enform Safety Connect, fob remote start, Lexus App phone remote
start, Destination Assist for Nav equipped cars all got a three (3) year trial rather than 12 months.
The WiFi hotspot is now AT&T rather than Verizon

2021 UX's changed the rear seat USB-A ports to USB-C style
The customary but optional BSM & RCTA is now standard for 2021
- Door handle courtesy lamps were discontinued for 2021 (?)

I love the door handle lights - one of the coolest and most useful things on the car. Surprised they would be discontinued.

They aren't bright enough. On my RX, they would shine brightly on the ground so you'd know where not to step (in case of rain puddles, etc). That's why I installed puddle lamps on my UX. See them in this thread:
