Hey all.
New here, from Switzerland. I got my new UX250h F Sport just 2 days ago. One question. I registred my car into MyLexus and paired the MM17 system, everything ok so far. But both the app and the site complain about one last step which doesn't seem to have been performed and which doesn't allow to use some features like Find My Car: car activation by dealer. The dealer himself has no clue what he should do to get this done. Any hints? Thanks!

 

Not my car but on the lady's IS had a similar issue - no luck with the dealership, we had to call lexus corporate and they were able to diagnose it from there end and to date it seems to be working just fine.
