I've used Carista on my previous NX and am now using it on my new UX. Carista is a OBD reader that allows access to settings and configurations—including those settings not accessible from any of the dashboard menus (e.g. "Dealer Configurable Only"). You can also use it to look at error codes, diagnostics, turn off/reset maintenance warnings, etc. You can buy it over at Amazon.

I just used it to change the number of flashes used when invoking the "Lane Change" feature. The default is three flashes, so I up'ed mine to six. There are many other configuration changes you can make. Here are just a few...
