LTA in UX vs NX
I have a 2025 UX300h and my wife has a 2024 NX350h. When using Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Tracing Assist (LTA) in the NX, I can keep the LTA active by just maintaining slight pressure on the bottom of the steering wheel. In my UX, I have to actually squeeze the wheel or make a slight movement in wheel direction to keep the LTA happy. Anybody else have this issue? I believe the steering wheels are not the same between the UX and NX.

The standard steering wheels likely don't have touch capacitive sensors to detect a hand is on them.
Yes our NX does have HUD with the touch capacitive wheel.....that must be the difference. Thank you sir,
I just came back from a 3 hour road trip and used a 1 lb ankle weight looped through the bottom of the steering wheel to keep the LTA happy. Worked perfectly!
