Adaptive variable suspension system on Lexus UX F-Sport

Adaptive variable suspension system on Lexus UX F-Sport
Hello!
Few months ago I bought a Lexus UX 250h F-Sport with AVS (YOM 2021/Mileage 50000 km) with a faulty shock (rear right). I changed the item with a new original one but this is not working well, it seems if I drive on a bumpy road the shock will give some extra oscillations on the car for normal setting suspension (driving on Eco mode). If I set the driving mode on Sport+ everything is ok, and I'm confused, should I search a Lexus dealer for AVS calibration? It is such a setting on this car? I performed a test in December and the suspension efficiency is Front right 88%, Front left 87%, Rear right 77%, Rear left 77%.
