The hose clamp in the 3 years old UX I recently brought rust. Would this be a concern please?

 

Wow that style clamp is still in use by Toyota. But they never used to rust so easily if it really grinds your gears enough replace with a stainless version.

 

To add on, you can get these clamps at any auto parts store for cheap.


Edit: no, it's not a cause for concern, not anytime soon at all, but to give yourself peace of mind, just replace it as said prior.

If it pops off, which would take some time until that rust fully wears through - then yes, you'd be in a bit of trouble.
