Hi,

I have a 2026 Lexus TX500h with around 2300 miles now. I've been been noticing when I drive the vehicle it would give a "thump" with bad jerkiness intermittently. I have brought it to the local dealer where I purchased the vehicle and a technician acknowledged the issue during the test drive. But the Lexus dealer then said they can't reproduce it. I went back to the dealer and wasn't able to reproduce the issue in front of Lead technician.

So I drove the vehicle and observed similar behavior.

The local Lexus claimed they have Lexus doesn't have a TSB to fix the issue yet.

Anyone else encounter this issue or I have a special issue?
