2 recalls - fixed quickly
Make sure to call your dealer to order the gas tank protector part, before you take it in for the recall. I did that the week before as they had not ordered. Fix takes very little time - less than 15 minutes.....
Software update for rear screen camera recall done, and took hardly no time.....
Did an oil change at 2500 miles or 6 months....oil was very dark in color....surprised me a bit as my Highlander's V6 stayed fairly clear looking at that point of mileage....$100 to accomplish at Lexus dealer, not bad.......
Tires rotated and inspection of brake linings, etc...done....12MM on front pads and 10mm on rear....
In and out in 2 hours.....

Good suggestion. I already did a 5k oil change (at my cost) and will do this when we hit 9k miles.
Is this a major safety issue such that I should rush to the dealer rather than wait a couple of months?
