When Will '25 TX's Be Manufactured?
If you have an ordered unit that is landed in the US, Lexus has already started shipping parts to remedy the 'air curtain/bag' issue. Your vehicle will be available after the 28th of Oct (according to Lexus Corp) for delivery as soon as the new parts are installed. Now, in your situation, idk what your outcome will be, or what the fine print says on your contract in terms of you being able to back out or receive some sort of compensation in regards to the whole situation.
Regarding the '25 model year units, when the stop sale is officially lifted, any units already out there (not still in the factory) will be sold as '24's and as the inventory drops, then they will begin to manufacture '25's likely to hit the market a bit later than normal. That said, they are not changing anything for the '25 model (except the curtain/airbags of course) from the '24 model. SO, any unit still sitting at the factory (built as '24) will be retagged as a '25 and shipped when the '25's are released.

I'm hoping any '25s would be brand new built and has the new air bag system installed from the beginning as opposed to retagging one of the '24s that had to get its trims removed and the fix applied.
If they are going to retagged some of the '24s, is it better to wait a few months into 2025 so you get an actual newly built '25?
hmmmmm...'25's in 4-6 weeks delivered(??????).....not based on what I led to believe by my dealer. I understood there to be still '24 on the assembly line waiting to be completed(??????)
I read that the Princeton, IA factory just ramped back up the production plant on October 24th.....so, they've only been back online a couple of weeks by the sounds of things...

SKGX may have some insight....he seems to be pretty well plugged in. FWIW, my dealer contact me on Monday and said my '24 TX (ordered in May) would be in (hopefully) by the end of this month and that vehicle was "In Transit", so it was already produced and is now sitting in some port in western Mass.
I called my local dealer a couple of months ago about the recall. They told me the parts were on backorder and would be contacted by mail or phone. Yesterday, I had my Complimentary 5k service, and without asking the service guy said I will order your recall parts, and the install will take all day, guess that means 8hrs. He also hinted that they order parts when customers come in for service.
So, I reached out to Lexus Corporate today and they responded in part ......"We’ll release information on the 2025 Lexus TX including styling, specifications, features and options closer to the launch date. (We don’t have a tentative launch date yet.)", so it appears they are still a ways away from even starting the production which is consistent with what I'm hearing as far as availability sometime likely around Spring 2025....

I hope you get a 2025 in 3 weeks, but I honestly have not seen anything that comes even close to somebody getting a '25 in 3 weeks......maybe 3 months - if you're lucky! Again, I hope I'm wrong but when Corporate tells me they don't even have a production/launch date, I'm HIGHLY suspicious.

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, the '25's arriving at dealers currently are 're-labeled' 24's. Previously landed 24's will remain and sold as 24's and ones still at the factory are re-labeled.
Since the dealers now have their allocations from Lexus, ask your dealer when their first incoming TX 350 w F-Sport pkg is expected? Thats the one outlying new addition to the TX Line-up.

The 2025 TX (premium awd) that was allocated to my local dealership (and that I have a deposit on), is scheduled for production on December 11th, and will arrive 3-4 weeks after that.
Again, just giving y’all the facts as I’ve been told them.
