I have noticed the Lexus dealer from whom I purchased my TX (and 4 other Lexus vehicles over the years) is offering low-mileage (under 4k) used TX models at prices above the "build" prices from Lexus. I am not sure, but I think this might indicate still strong demand for the TX, particularly in light of the non-availability of new TX vehicles.

 

Just did a search on used TX's and quite a few showed up. Didn't notice any savings vs new.

 

Interesting...I'm not super happy with the gas mileage on mine and this is something I would consider if I wouldn't lose $$ on what I paid!

 

I bet this is driven by the fact that not only are the cars on stop sale but they cannot be marketed or on any dealer websites as available inventory as new vehicles. used they would fetch a pretty premium...

another thing to note is toyota and lexus are operating with the lowest days of cars on hand on dealer lots out of any auto manufacturer selling in the US so their cars are at an all time high demand regardless.
