Thank you for your suggestions. I've been doing everything you suggested. There might just be a problem with the A/C in our SUV that the dealership isn't able to detect. They had the vehicle on a cooler day and they probably tested it inside. As long as the surrounding temperature isn't too hot the A/C feels good. It's only when it hits around 95° that it's no longer comfortable.
