Question Do not torque wheel locks???

Wondering if I should torque the wheel locks in addition to the lug nuts. I was told by a wheel dealer that I should not torque the wheel locks.

I just received the torque wrench from Tire Rack and set it to 75 Ft-lbs as per Lexus specification. It would make logical sense to me to tighten the wheel locks to the same specs as the other four lug nuts.

Default Nevermind... Found some info...

Did a search at McGards.com site and the wheel locks do need to be torque the same. Guess the local wheel dealer doesn't know what he is talking about.

If anyone is interested see following.
