Question finally moving up to 19-20s rim

I am finally moving up on sizes for my wheels, but I am not sure what the front offset should be in order to run my supra brakes without spacers?????

I am thinking of getting the Blitz Z1 chrome
or
the Yokohama Seinnas in gold with the polish lip.

What does big brake upgrade have to do with getting 19's put on?
