Default Lug nuts for 16" '02 LS430 wheels?

I am swapping out the chrome bling blings on my '97 LS400 for a set a simple 2002 LS430 16" wheels. I ran into a problem with the lug nuts, my The 97wheels are held on by acorn style tapered lug nuts. The LS430 wheel requires a flat face on the lug. It's part # 90942-01-058. $9+ at the dealer, so that's not going to work. None of the local auto parts stores can help. I'm not really comfortable using the tapered lugs on the 02 wheels.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here? There's got to be a cheaper source than the dealer, $200 for lugs is insane.

Thanks Club Lexus

might be able to find them used... they are specific for those and many other toyota models... I believe the mitsubishi's use the same sizing as well...

anyways, you need to NOT drive the car until you get the right lugs... those lugs will loosen as you are driving and you WILL have a catastrophic wheel to hub assembly failure, meaning you'll lose at least one wheel if not more... just a matter of time, I've seen it happen quite often...

yeah, I didn't put on the LS430 wheels today due to having the improper lugs. I am more than surprised that the chromed LS400 wheels had different lugs, doesn't really make sense, but these aren't the original Coach wheels so I don't know what to think of it.

I'll call Tire Rack and some used parts outlets on Monday.

Fortunately, it's possible to get 4 LS430 wheels/tires in the trunk of the LS400 by removing the spare!

this is what I need:

$30 + $5 for shipping is also the price I need!

Any reason why this solution isn't as good as OEM Toyota lugs?
