im looking to get a set of rims w/ 5X114.3 bolt pattern with 32 mm offset, the car is a gs430 w/ 2" drop. will these rims fit it?

you need more info than just the bolt pattern and offset. The width of the wheel plus offset spec will tell a lot about how the wheel will fit. they are 19"X8.5 will i need to use wheel spacers? and will i have to roll the fenders

The rear won't be a problem. The front will need a little fender management but nothing too drastic. A little bending and rolling should be all that is needed.

im looking at a different wheel, but the bolt pattern is 5x112 will i be able to use an adapter to make them fit, if its possible.

Fronts 20x8.5 +32 offset

Rears 20x9.5 +35 offset
