Will these wheels fit?
Hi, I'm thinking of purchasing 19X8 40 OFFSET 5X114.30 TSW RIVAGE wheels. I think they will fit, however when I use the calculator on Discount Tire direct it says they will not fit the vehicle. Can someone help me? Maybe its the offset or something. I believe our offset is 45, so will a 40 offset make the wheel sit further out or closer to the car?

I am thinking it says it will not fit because you might need spacers for the wheels if it's +40 offset. Don't quote me on this as I am not a wheel guru like some of the folks on here.
I don't believe you'll need spacers though, although I could be wrong.

EDIT: You can also PM one of our wheel vendors, if they're okay with it, and they can help you (like vossen) find the perfect wheel offset for each wheel size.

It's weird because I've seen a lot of Lexus GS' with them, maybe they offer them with a different offset. I appreciate the advice, I'm going to try to contact a vendor.

The specs you've listed above for the offset of 40 on a wheel that's only 8" in width is actually quite a conservative fitment. I don't think you should have any problem running that wheel size.
I did a search for that wheel and found a few GSs that have that set-up but in 20."

I appreciate the replies, I bought the rims. Normally they are 1000 but I got them for 600 because they were mounted. If they don't fit I'll sell them for a profit hopefully.
