Thumbs up Lowering Springs for 2019 GS350 FSport

Hi Everyone and Thank You in Advacnce for Your Help!

I just bought a 2019 AWD GS350 FSport and I want to put lowering springs on it. I had a 2013 GS350 FSport that I put some Tenabe TNF170 springs on, but they are no longer available and Tenabe does not have a spring that is certified for the 2019 model. I want the same ride, the nice Lexus ride we all love, but I want the car lower. Can anyone recommend a good spring that will work on the 2019 AWD GS350 FSport to get the lowering I want without losing the comfortable ride?

Again, thank you in advance for your help.
Peter

I really don't think you will get that, the tanabe was good but after a while, once it settled in you would feel the slight bounce. Most of the lowering springs will do this maybe swift springs wont but you would need coilovers if you want to try to keep the comfort in mind. The strut has less travel with lowering springs so you can't really expect a really Lexus comfortable ride.

Hey,

We can help you with springs.

Swift is a great brand. We also have the TNF170 if you want as well.

i had a 2015 gs awd with Tanabe springs which did become a bit bouncy with time. Now i have a 2019 gs awd like yours but decided to go with the rsr down springs (not super downs) version. I will be getting these installed next week. I hear this are a bit more stiff but i wanted to try something different and hopefully will not be as bouncy as the Tanabe springs. Hope this helps.

TNF170 will not working on my car. At least Tanabe has not tested them on the 2019 AWD, so they are not approved.

It was a mild drop and the ride feels like oem or better. However, I blew one of my struts (front driver side). All of my cars have been lowered with lowering springs and never had this issue. My mechanic says it was a defective strut. Its a brand new 2019 gs. honestly, i like the rsr ride better than tanabe ride.
