Coilover Spring Rates

Hey guys. I'm planning to buy some bcr coilovers for my 2018 GS 350 RWD, but i don't know what spring rates to go with. I don't like the factory springs even when i put it in sport+ mode. Too much body roll and too bouncy for my taste. I don't want my ride to be too stiff either. What rates do you guys recommend? Their specs starts off at 8k as recommended*. Any and every opinions will help! Thanks guys!
