I'm on super downs on stock wheels and don't scrape or rub anything. Take out the spacers and you should be fine. Spacers, I would imagine, bring out the wheel more which would result in the tires rubbing against the fenders, especially if the tires are stock.

Is anyone with AWD? I want to get rims which will make me want to drop it but I don't want to have a pain always worrying about scraping or rubbing. Is there a big difference with downs vs super?

On an AWD, go with the super downs. The car already sits higher than RWDs, so I don't think the downs would provide enough noticeable drop.
