Active Stabilizer suspension????

Cool Active Stabilizer suspension????

Hey all, I just purchased a 2008 GS460 today.

is the standard adaptive suspension the same as the Active Stabilizer suspension??

or is that an extra add on? If i have it how would I know?

Nope those are two different things, the AVS which is standard on the GS 460 and GS 450h is (Active Variable Suspension) This is different from **** (Active Stabilizer Suspension System) One dampens your suspension the other controls the sway bar and suspension. You would know you have a **** if your trunk has no spare tire.
