Also, what kind of Disk should I run ie. STANDARD (A-DISK) DEEP RIM (O-DISK) BIG BRAKE (R-DISK)? I have a GS450h so I reckon I have a bigger brake in front?

I'm not sure measure what you need from the hub to clear the caliper and figure what one will clear but maximize the lip of your wheel.
