Tein H Tech Springs Installed
I was on the fence for a long time on dropping my car. Everyone raves about the Tanabe NF210, and while I love the look, I wanted even more of a conservative drop. I actually don't mind the way the car rides stock but just wanted to close the wheel gap a tiny bit. I drive 50 minutes one way to work everyday and have a 2 year and my wife that rides in the back regularly. I also wanted the least chance for any camber issues or uneven tire wear. The H Techs seem to fit the bill. Had them installed yesterday, and so far the ride is extremely close to stock. I notice handling is slightly improved, and my wife cannot tell a difference when riding in the back.

I'll be having the alignment done after a few weeks to let the springs settle. I won't have too much issue putting the stock springs back on if there are any camber issues or uneven tire wear. I dislike the wheel gap, but camber/tire issues would drive me nuts even more. I suppose I'm among the more conservative on the forums (everyone wants to drop lower and lower)

According to the Tein website, it doesn't appear to have H Tech springs for the AWD. There are several members who have used the Tanabe NF210s on their AWD even though it's for RWD....I imagine it could be the same case with the Tein's.
Yes, that is my in-laws' 1RX in the garage.

I Just Got Mine In The Mail Yesterday. I Was The One Who Kept Pushing The H Techs. I Had Nf210 Before And I Wanted To Go Conservative. This Is The Best Spring To Avoid Rubbing And Tire Wear. Thanks For Posting The Pics, The Car Looks Great. I Am Excited To See Mine Lowered On The Staggered Set Up I Purchased. Thanks Again For Posting The Pics

The main reason I chose the Tanabe is I wanted to maintain the stock comfort ride. The H-Techs are close but I don't think they match the NF's for comfort.
