rubbing with this tire/wheel setup and Tanabe springs?

Warranty-wise, they may give you trouble on warrantying suspension problems but everything else should be OK, unless they can prove that the suspension directly broke the radio for example.

On the warranty, that's good to know, cause I think I can live without a warranty on the suspension.
But for the offset and tires, do you think this wheel/tire setup would work with the Tanabe lowering springs WITHOUT rubbing?
-20x8.5 wheels - 38 offset on 245/35/20 tires
-20x10 wheels - 42 offset on 275/30/20 tires
Sorry to be persistent guys... I just wanna make sure that I get everything right on my car the first time around. I'm decently new to all this. And Neo, once again, as usual, thanks for your help bud... much appreciated.

What's the risk with using these springs for an AWD car.....AWD are just slightly heavier in the back correct? Isn't that the same as having two passengers in the rear seats of the car for a non-AWD car?
Steve, what do you think the issues would be? I need springs....please...
