Suspension for Gs430 2006

Hello everyone, just purchased a GS430 2006 yesterday and I need some help. Front tie rods and control arms need replacing and I have no clue how to do that. I tried to find videos only to act as a guide but there are very few videos regarding the 3GS as most are on the 2GS. Any and all help would be very much appreciated, thank you!

Here are the torque specs to bolt everything back. These are from 08 GS 460 manual, should be same.
