Default Big brakes

I wanted to do big brakes on my 2021 lexus is300. I don’t know if anyone has done big brakes on a newer lexus? Any kits available or can I get the calipers from a RC or F sport?

If I change out the calipers will it trigger any dash lights to go off?

I think Alcon makes a big break kit for the IS500.

2-piece RC 350/GS 350/IS 500 front brakes are an option, some people use these rotors with the IS F Brembo calipers as well, though I think there can be some pad height issues with doing so. The other option is the RC F/GS F Brembo setup, which was already mentioned but you do lose your parking brake.

I'm not sure if anyone has swapped back to a drum-in-hat parking brake using the GS F or RC F EPB actuator or if the electronics would be compatible/happy about doing that, but it feels like a potential option. Alternatively using a different rear caliper with integrated EPB or a separate parking brake caliper would also be options, but I haven't seen anyone do any of this or sell a kit to do it.

Don’t mess with the rear calipers, they don’t do that much work anyway. There are plenty of options for the front to get bigger rotors and more powerful calipers. Get some EBC yellowstuff pads and you’ll stop much quicker than stock.

I have OEM ISF front Brembo's on my 2021 IS350, you have to use IS500 rotors though.
