Default ? about going bigger rims

sup lexus owners, anyways my question this time is i want to go bigger on my rims maybe either 19's or 20's but my question is will i face any problems with my abs or vsc(vehicle stability control) or anything else if i upgrade to a bigger rim. this might sound like a stoopid question but never had to deal with things like this. i always had a suv. my friends keep buggin me to get some rims. i'm in no rush to get rims but i eventually will but i was wondering if i got rims first and didn't do anything yet to the suspension and ish like that will i have problems. thanks in advance to anyone who replies. has anyone had any problems with their cars just by upgrading to a bigger rim first and not doing anything else. let me know thanks

it will not affect abs and vsc at all

but getting 19 or 20 without dropping the car, that looks very weird
