can anyone help me on this? thinking of getting new rims, anyone has any spec. on this rims? how is the quality? are this rims heavy? would you take this rims (about 4 grand) or there are better choice than this?

good quality from WISE. though not sure, i think this is a 3-piece cast rim. if so, they would be quite haevy. for $4k, there are many, many light weight, 3-piece forged construction japanese rims that i would choose from such as WORKS and MANARAY Hyper.

Agree with Will...if you like that style, look at the HRE Model 545...similar style but the HRE's are FORGED...lighter than cast and stronger...ask Mo @ SRT (www.swiftracing.com) for a price...he does great deals on HRE...

 

if only HRE Is not stair casing Lips. I would really luv to have one of these !!

 

I agree with you, Wei. That makes the rims a lot smaller

 

I think Manaray mentioned a while ago that HRE is going to start making rims with reversed lips (the kind we all love...... FAT and FLAT ). So that would be great news.

 

yes, HRE is working on reverse lipped wheels...they currently have Ferrari and Porsche bolt patterned wheels ready...they could probably do one for a Lexus in 18" or 19"...but I know they don't have reverse lip 20's yet...soon...
