Default Will a higher spring rate help my issue?

Currently running standard BCracing coilovers with my damper maxed out to full stiffness due to my wheel setup, ride height, and to avoid rubbing as well.
I’d say the ride quality on city streets is decent but on the freeway it gets pretty bouncy....

I want to ride low but not be bouncing everywhere so would getting stiffer springs help so I won’t have to Max out my damping? or is it just the coilovers itself?

Stiffer springs with softer damping will help that issue but bumps will be harsher.
