Default Lexus IS350 Brake Bleeding procedure

Hi guys. This is my first time flushing the brake fluid from my 2007 IS350.
This is what I understood from the readings. For this car the brake bleeding sequence star from the farest wheel from the master cylinder which is the rear driver wheel, then the rear passenger wheel, then front passenger then front driver wheel. Each wheel is bleed until clear new brake fluid shows up. For the rear wheels: engine switch ON/CAR OFF (I dont know if this applied to this car. I did it and no issues. Any input appreciated). Something about brake boost?
Keep putting brake fluid to the master cylinder so no air enter the system. Brake fluid DOT3. I bought it from the dealer 3 cans for $8 each.
Materials: 3/8 clear plastic hose, 10 mm wrenge and plastic container.
Safety first. Eye protection and plastic gloves. The brake fluid is corrosive. Car on jack stands on level floor. (Disclaimer: this is for information only. Seek professional mechanic is recommended).
Brake Bleeding Techniques:
1) Gravity: very effective. Need time and patience. One Person.
Follow the wheel sequence. Turned 1\4 loose the bleed fitting (you will see brake fluid comming out. Attach the hose to the bleed fitting to the container. The first one takes the longest about 30 min before you see the new brake fluid. Tight the fitting (becareful dont over tight) Then the following wheels take much less time. Do one wheel at a time.
2)Handheld Vacuum Pump: I used this one to speed up the process (I think I save few minutes. The only reason I used it it's because I already had it). Same procedure as above. Mityvac. You can buy it online or loaned it in Autozone?

About $20

Bleeding fitting on top the caliper.

3) 1 to 2 Person Pumping the brake pedal. See the youtube video below for more ideas.

I did the brake bleeding procedure #2.
I use 2.5 brake fluid cans. I have no issues. Any input is apreciated.

I like using speed bleeder screws.

Amazon Amazon

Costs about $25 for all 4 corners and you can bleed brakes by yourself with minimal effort. No more hoses. No more pumps.

Which brand you bought?. I read that some people got the wrong size or the fitting broke inside the caliper.

I've always gotten the Russell brand speed bleeder screws. I've moved them around at least once from one car to another car, and they haven't broke yet.

I can, however, see them breaking if you aren't careful. Definitely something to watch out for. Probably worth using a torque wrench on them, but I don't use one.
