Default Rear Tires Premature Wear (Inner)

What are you guys doing to combat this? I already know about FIGS front LCA bushings. What about for the rear tires? I have inner tire wear.

Bypass the Mega arms and get adjustable camber and toe arms. Dial in your toe/camber and increase tire pressures out back.

What rears are you running in the rear?

Rears are lowered with Eibach springs long ago. Tires are 275/35-19. Which camber kit do you suggest? FIGS has a set of rear toe links. Is that it?

If the toe was not checked after being lowered, that could explain some. If the rear ended up with toe-out.

Many can run -1.25 to -1.75° negative camber without issues.

Let us know what the numbers are or stand a nice big square up by the rear tire while on level ground and our calibrated eye-anglemeter will ball park it for you!

The car did have alignment after lowering. Its been a while since my last alignment though. I did tell them I wanted toe in. I'll have to search for my last alignment sheet. But that could be off by now. I can also take pics so your eye-meter can judge it.

Just found last alignment results. Rear left camber is -1.4 and rear right is -1.7. Lowered with Eibach springs only so nothing drastic. I was thinking of buying SPC 67520. It says it can go to +- 1.5 deg. I guess this should be enough since the goal is to set it to 0 deg.

Toe is .16” on both sides. These values are a few years old.

If the toe is really 0.16" total, that should combat inner wear. How many miles when the edges were torn up?
At most I would do the camber kits to get a -0.75 maybe -0.50 or the back won't stick in the corners.

Honestly you need a current as found camber toe, and jack the pressure up until you blow the centers out. Take a picture of both rear tires. I want to see the edges...

Rear tires were already replaced as threads at inner edge were already showing. Now I just want to preserve them for as long as possible.

What pressure were you running?

I'm going to install RC F LCA bushings on front end next week. Then I will get an alignment do make sure rear is toe in. I will share the alignment results here. Then I will monitor closely for toe wear. Hopefully I will not need a camber kit for the rear.

Ensure they're supply you with a BEFORE and after alignment report.

The stupid Ford dealership I took my wife's SUV into only gave me the after results. BOO FORD!

From OPs other thread to capture rear camber / toe as it was not altered by LCA installation.
