So the final verdict is that the RMM front strut tower brace will not fit a 98+ GS300 without removing the engine cover and/or adding spacers to the STB, right?

Does anyone have the facts on the UGO front STB?

I believe it is a negative on the engine cover. I saw LXOGOOD's car with the UGO and an engine cover but I was told later that it was a custom one. Also, I believe he left the stock ring in place. I don't know if the UGOs will fit his custom cover without the "spacer".

I have a 98 GS3 so I have no engine cover. My UGO fits without the ring and I never had to deal with the cover.

Im sure bluelex will beg to differ. He was able to get his RMM bar with engine cover in there. Maybe his 98 GS300 engine sits lower than my 2001 GS300 engine.
