Default Suspension differences

I have a 2016 is300 awd non f sport.
I'm happy with the way it drives but wonder how much better the handling could be had I bought an f sport.
I keep reading that they have f sport tuned suspension but no mention of what the differences actuality are.
Are the f sport springs stiffer, struts stiffer, or sway bars bigger? Or is it bs?

I know the 350 had active dampeners but I'm specifically asking about the 300

Thanks
-Alex

different damping, bigger sway bars.

F sport also gets high friction compound German brakes.

You can always upgrade your suspension if unhappy with it. Some coilovers will help.

We have the RSR coils for your car.

I've done some part number searching and as far as i can tell the only f sport tuned part is the shocks and struts.
there's 2 part numbers for rear sway bar and 2 part number for front springs but they only relate to build date not weather it's f sport or not.
there's only 1 part number for rear springs and front sway bar.
There's like 6 numbers for front and rear shocks and they specify build date f sport or not and avs or not.

I'm not looking to get coilovers or lowering springs or anything but thanks Josh. I'm more curious for when things wear out if i can replace with better oe components.

If anyone has any proof to contradict what I've found please do tell.

Apparently the electronic power steering computer is different for f sport too... Hmmm

Anyone driven both trims and notice steering differences?
