Default rear shock blown

So, one of my rear shocks is blown. I'm going to go ahead and replace both rears. I'm happy with the way the car rides, even though 1 is blown out. Are KYB shocks slightly better than stock, or should I just go with OE?

How did you come to the conclusion it's blown? (Leaking? visibly jumping wheel?)

Honestly i'd just go with OE but KYB would likely be just as fine.

Try eBay for a slightly used F Sport pair.

Driver side is clean... Passenger side is covered in old gunky fluid and I've been hearing a thunk sound from that side also, over big dips or bumps.
