Default Leaking rear shocks?

Performed a brake fluid flush recently and noticed that both rear shocks have oily residue on them (pictures attached.)
Checking if this is an indication of leaking shocks?

Thanks for anyone's input.

Yep, those look like leakers... Are you under warranty? Take it in and they will replace under warranty.

If its not under warranty I have a used set with only 5k miles on them i can sell you. I took mines off bc I installed air ride and it came with new shocks.

Update and resolution:

The Lexus dealership replaced both rear shocks. Vehicle is a 2013, purchased CPO'd at 39k miles, and brought in for the leaking rear shocks at ~56k miles, thus the extended warranty covered the entire repair ($442 total, parts $234 total, labor $208)

Part number: 48530-80712 and they listed the price at $117.00 each, so out of pocket isn't too bad if it was out of warranty

I guess leaking shocks doesn't really affect the cars handling, as there is no difference in ride quality\handling with the 2 new shocks. And yes, I checked by jacking up the car and they were replaced.

Good thing to know that they got replaced. My rear left one is leaking and my car is also CPO. I'm surprised that new shocks didn't improve the ride quality.

Mine got replaced today also under the warranty. However, it looks like the tech forgot or lost a clip from the rear wheel well -_-
Anybody know the part number so I can replace it myself.
