hi, so i've been doing tons of research but cant seem to find any exact answers. i've found that there is a TSB for rear suspension noise but i cant seem to find anything on parking brake cable adjustment. seems like everyone just ends up going to the dealer but my car is out of warranty. any links on how to adjust the cable?
also, i believe my megan springs are binding over small, quick bumps. this is what i was researching when i came upon the TSB. ive read that Tien spring silencers can fix this but i cant seem to find them anywhere. most of the posts are pretty old too.

any help would be great.
