Default LTuned Steering Ecu

Hey Guys, I juss installed the LTuned ecu on my car. I dont feel any difference. Is it because i'm using 18's rims/trd sways/Ltuned shocks and H&R springs?

2002 and 2003 GS430s have the L-tuned already. Maybe 2002 GS300s do too? I know that the GS300 I test drove had tighter steering then my GS430. Dealer said it was because the GS300 had 16s - I just laughed.

Tommy, if you already have the TRD sways on, you probably won't feel a difference. I have a 2001 and the first mods I did to the car was the L-tuned ECU and Exhaust. There was a noticable difference with the new steering ECU on HWY's and at speeds greater than 60 mph. Have you driven the car over 65mph yet? See if your steering wheel as less "play" in it. It should be a little tighter...

Tommy, I think you should keep it. I mean, it won't hurt to keep it installed. The only way I see this mod being very good, is if you drive a stock car. Once you change the suspension and get larger wheels, the feel for the ECU goes away due to the stiffer suspension.

Ken: i was thinking the same way. I'm pretty sure one of these day i'll be turning my car back to stock. Didnt cost much anyways. Wellz thanks guys for all your feeback and opinions. BTW when u guys installed the LTuned Ecu, did you guys reseted the car ecu? I didnt reset my ecu, so i'm thinking thats why i dont notice any diferences on the Ltuned ecu.

I would sell it -not that you asked

There are plenty of board members who will buy it from you. Spend the cash on something else. If it is the same as your old one, what have you gained? I sold mine to a guy with a 2000 GS400 and he is very happy. Worst case give it to rominl
