Knocking noise when lowered?

Knocking noise when lowered?
So I'm about to lower my IS350 AWD once all the snow clears up for good. But I've heard from the 2gens that when it gets lowered there is a knocking type sound on awd models. I'm wondering if this issue got resolved for the 3gens or do I have to worry about experiencing this. I tried to research on here and couldn't find anything concrete.

2nd gen's do some clicking from what i've read. When I lowered my 2011 it would shake from a dead stop up to 20 MPH. It was a very small shake nothing major, just annoying at times. I' did some research and some people were saying the 2nd gens shake because of how the axles and diffs are setup That would cause clicking or shaking.
