I have a 2014 is 250 f sport with a 3rd party remote start. Every time I open the door after using the remote start the car shuts off. Is there a work around so that it stays on?

 

Apparently no. Seems that the remote start without the key present does not fully
enable the computers, anti theft perhaps? Restarting once you and the key are
aboard set everything necessary to drive off. Nice feature of your aftermarket RS
is that it inevitably has a range greater that the OEM fob range of '80!
