Default Bilsteins and TRD Sways install?

I can get the Bilsteins (shocks) and the TRD sways purchased, installed with tax for $1000. Is that about what everyone else is paying?

Bilstein $450 TRD sways $400.
The shocks installation should be around $350 and $100 for the sways.

Yes I agree you are getting a good deal?
Make sure they grease those bushings on the sways pretty good.

00GS400L -

Don't forget to post pics after the install. I got same setup sitting in my garage. Let me know how the H&R/Bilstein feel and look.

OMG you'll be sorry if you do the H&R's, especially with the BIlsteins!! That will be THE hardest riding combination you can put on these cars.

Ask lexforlife he's tried all the combinations, same as we have...

todd (doublewhoosh) is right the h&r blistein set up was tight /firm as hell. had them on for 1 week and took it off and sold them on ebay. i am here in florida (no potholes rough roads) and i still felt every pebble.

decided to go L Tuned set up . very very very happy with this one , got rid of body float , not as rigid by a long shot as the H&R set up , in other words have more body roll now but with Todd coming through with the Daizen sways this week (thanks Todd , cant wait till wed next week to receive them and put them on )these bars should and will get rid rid of any roll in the body and i will still maintain in my opinion about 95% of oem ride but no float or roll . i have front rear upper lower stut bars and braces.

hope this helps abit

I am currently using the H&Rs with the stock shocks. I don't think it is too stiff at all right now. I am hoping for a much stiffer ride. Will it get rid of the FLOAT i feel now?

The reason you have "float" feel at high speed over small bump is due to your worn out stock shocks. I had the same experience with my H&R + stock. The stock shocks worn out after 3 months.

Bilsteins will take care of that "float" for sure

the h&r by itself with stock shocks is not too bad but not a matched or tuned set up . using the blisteins with the h&r is what threw me for a loop , way to stiff for my taste (for i am not auto crossing or racing each time a turn the ignition)

thats all i was saying seeing that todd knew where i had come from

Agreed 100000%!

Even the Daizen 1.9" drop springs rode 10x better than those 1.3 drop H&R's...
