Default RR USRS super stiff?

So when I installed my USRS it felt very stable when turning but when I drive over a small bump on the road. It feels very stiff. Is it the USRS or something else?

it feels like really stiff springs when I go over bumps.

My coils are set 14/16 stiffness, did the install just make me feel the road more? Will softening the dampening on my coils resolve this matter?

the coil settings were fine before install, wasn't super rough as it is now.

How many miles on them so far? There is some break-in time.

^Oh no, not that long. I've say 500-1000 miles; plus it depends on how extreme you are with your driving habits. Me, after my install of a new set I immediately went out for a 120mph run and hit the brakes with med-hard pressure and felt why these things are highly praised. This run was done on a Sunday evening with no one around on a 5-lane HWY. Safety first!

I noticed no break in time. The NVH is increased slightly but nothing extreme. I am on stock ISF suspension. Could be something to do with your coils vs the bushings.
